1:ORDERS

The best way for you to submit your order is to email me at katydidpetprojects@gmail.com. In your email, please be sure to include the following:

Name
Billing & Delivery Address
Phone number (should I have questions about your order)
Pet's name
2-3 photos of your pet
Colors and Patterns you would like for me to include in the background
Any additional information you think necessary to help me truly capture your pet.

2. HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO COMPLETE MY ORDER

Because each painting is hand-painted please expect your painting within 2-3 weeks of your order date.

* Note: Large orders will take longer to complete

I accept cash, checks and Venmo!

4:RETURNS

There are no refunds or exchanges as these are custom pieces.
